Only two days left to renew Aadhaar. The central government has suggested that Aadhaar should be updated before June 14. One can approach Akshaya Kendras or Aadhaar Seva Kendras to renew Aadhaar. Aadhaar can be updated at home if you have internet access.
Aadhaar should be updated through the website. When you log in to the website and enter your Aadhaar number, the OTP will be sent to the number linked to Aadhaar. Entering this OTP will take you to the Aadhaar update page.
Address proof and identity proof are mainly required here. PAN card and driving license can be scanned and uploaded as proof of identity. Scanned copy of Voter ID is enough instead of address proof. After this, following clicking submit, the Aadhaar update request will go. Then you can download the acknowledgment from the screen.
On the same website, click on the Aadhaar Update Status tab and the Aadhaar update information will be available.
