A recent report by Bayut.com, the real estate website, monitored the most searched commercial areas for rental offices in Dubai, and the average annual rent in each area according to the type of real estate unit.

The report, a copy of which was reviewed by Emirates Today, revealed that the “Business Bay” area tops the list of the most searched commercial areas with a rate of 42.75%, followed by the “Deira” area with a search rate of 18.75%, while the “Jumeirah Lakes Towers” ​​and “Jumeirah Lakes Towers” ​​areas came Bur Dubai” ranked third and fourth, with a search rate of 14.06% and 13.19%, respectively. As for the “Sheikh Zayed Road” area, it won a search rate of 11.25%, thus ranking fifth.

“Commercial gulf”

The report stated that the “Business Bay” area is one of the modern residential and commercial centers in Dubai, as it is distinguished by its location overlooking the Dubai Water Canal, close to the vibrant “Downtown Dubai”, as well as many important business centers, hotels and the “Dubai Metro”. The report added that the “Deira” area enjoys many advantages that make it one of the most prominent areas that provide commercial options in the emirate, as this area provides distinctive options at competitive prices, as the average office rent in it is regarding 47 thousand dirhams annually, equivalent to 77.4 dirhams per foot. Square, pointing out that this value also varies depending on several factors, such as: space, facilities, services, and finishes.

“Jumeirah Lakes Towers”

In turn, the Jumeirah Lakes Towers area is an ideal choice for many, and it is distinguished by its towers with stunning views of the artificial lake developed in it. The area is also considered a distinguished center for money and business in the emirate, as it includes a variety of commercial real estate.

The average rental value of an office in Jumeirah Lakes Towers is regarding 123 thousand dirhams annually, equivalent to 98.3 dirhams per square foot.
