The mother who thought her cell phone was faulty
Aurora Hernández is a mother who lived alone in Mexico City. However, he had been trying to communicate with his children for a year, but none of his attempts led to the desired goal.
Because of this, he thought his cell phone had a serious problem. Well, she refused to think that her children weren’t born to worry regarding her or try to find out how she was doing.
As a result, he made the decision to go to a mall to find a service store to help solve the problem. But when she first told regarding her situation, the owner tried to take advantage of her and make her pay 1,500 Mexican pesos even though he knew the cell phone had nothing.
As a result, the lady told him that she might not afford to pay him all that and left with great sadness. However, the gentleman in the room next door — who also works in technical service — listened to his problem and became his guardian angel.
The help the woman was waiting for
The nice man from technical service called the lady at the counter of his store, asked her to tell him regarding his problem and started detailing the technological device. In this way, he understood that the mobile phone was not defective and what was happening was that the children had never wanted to answer him.
However, at that time, he found an excellent strategy to fulfill the mother’s desire to talk to her children. Therefore, he told her to leave the cellphone to fix it and not to worry regarding the price.
So when the lady left the store, the man looked up the phone number of one of the children and contacted him. Through this call, he let her know all that the mother was doing to communicate with them and asked her if he might perform this miracle.
In addition, he gave him the information where he might contact him and, incidentally, his mother. As a result, a few days later, the lady arrived on the scene in the company of this son who had received the call from the technician.
At that time, the mother asked the young man if he had been able to fix the cell phone and he replied in the affirmative following telling her that what was happening was that the device had an imperfection that prevented the calls to go. Well, he was in no way willing to break the lady’s heart.
Finally, the lady thanked him for fixing the faulty cell phone and insisted on paying him a sum of money, but the technician refused at all costs. However, the mother told him to at least let her buy some of the accessories from her store.
This way, she was able to feel whole once more being by the side of one of her children and the young man was happy to help her.
