After two months of truce, the party of the union of democratic forces of Guinea resumed this Saturday, June 10, 2023 its traditional weekly general assembly at its headquarters in Hamdallaye in the commune of Ratoma. During this meeting, it was time for the remobilization of activists for the return of the party president.
Having taken part in this meeting, Cellou Baldé of the political office of the said party calls on the various sections to remobilize in order to win the presidential elections which are on the horizon.
“All the activists and sympathizers of the federations from outside, from Conakry, grassroots section, the national women’s committee, the executive office, the political council are mobilizing to reorganize our structures and be ready to prepare for the elections that are on the way. on the horizon. Who says election says federation, who says election says structure, says grassroots committee, says section this is why we will as soon as possible mobilize all of our resource people, all of our executives so that missions information and sensitization are on the side of our leaders on the ground so that we can welcome thousands of activists who are in the process of joining the UFDG”, he said.
During this general assembly, Cellou Baldé also announced the possible return of President Cellou Dalein Diallo to Guinea. The leader of the UFDG in exile for more than a year now might return to the country
“Why reorganize them, inform them and mobilize them is because we are organizing the triumphant return of the president of the Ufdg. President Cellou Dalein Diallo will return, he will animate the assemblies, he will attend the elections and he will be the President of the Republic. Yes ! He’s coming home and that’s coming soon. Because he can’t come back at night, he’ll be back in Guinea in full 2 p.m. So the whole world, national and international opinion should witness that he is the next President of the Republic of Guinea and for that we are going to remobilize our structures from Youkounkoun to Panziazou and from coyah to Koundara”, a- he concluded.
