After passing through Barcelona and Asturias, the Mercedes-Benz WeLife Tour arrives in Donostia. The Arima hotel in the Gipuzkoan capital is preparing to become an oasis of well-being next Saturday the 17th. Healthy eating and sustainable habits will be the keys to this event, in which those who attend will be able to enjoy a yoga class from the by Professor Mercedes de la Rosa, a presentation by the dietitian and nutritionist Gabriela Uriarte and another by the popularizer Amagoia Eizaguirre, and a meditation session guided by the psychologist Belén Colomina.
The Arima hotel will host an agenda full of activities throughout the morning. The day will begin at 9:15 a.m., with a Vinyasa Yoga class taught by Mercedes de la Rosa, CEO of Zentro Urban Yoga. It will be the best way to start the day, moving the body to the rhythm of breathing. At 10:25 am it will be Gabriela Uriarte’s turn. She will be in charge of offering all the keys to eating healthy and not being tempted to do “supposed” miracle diets that, in the end, “are harmful to our health.”

Its goal is that by 2030 all its cars are made with 40% recycled materials. In fact, the participants in San Sebastián will have the opportunity to see first-hand some of the electric models of Mercedes-Benz, and will find a blanket made of plastic waste on their mats.
