The unconventional idea of placing the stage design at the center of the development of performances has made Jozef Wouters and his art association Decoratelier a highly regarded factor in the Belgian free scene. The 37-year-old is currently releasing a new work at the Odeon: “A Day Is a Hundred Years” is the work of Barry Ahmad Talib, a migrant from Guinea. Talib works as an integrative figure for Wouters’ Decoratelier in the Molenbeek district of Brussels. The studio has expanded into a cultural center where young artists, technicians and craftsmen work together.
