In turn, 31% indicate that they would accept another position in the next month if it offered a better combination of work and lifestyle.

Against this backdrop, HR leaders must expand traditional health and safety policies to improve mental health and build resilience. Offering tools to manage stress, encouraging disconnection outside of working hours and providing emotional support are some of the actions that can be carried out. The role of leaders is crucial to prevent the overload of demands and tasks, promoting a healthy and balanced work environment.

In addition, Organizations will need to have flexible procedures and practices adapted to this new reality, offering people a better work-life balance. In this sense, the three most important factors that employees prioritize are: the possibility of choosing start and end times (45%), more vacation days (36%) and having completely flexible work options (35%).
