A U.S. Department of Defense official assessed that China’s risky behavior has skyrocketed over the past year and a half, with communication channels cut between China and the military.
Recently, the Chinese military’s fighter plane threat flight and ultra-close navigation in the Taiwan Strait have been criticized as very dangerous actions that can lead to crisis or conflict.
But the U.S. military has said it will never shrink from the Chinese threat.
