Everything indicated that it would not happen, but finally Dotemu decided to create a much deserved DLC for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revengewhich has the name ‘Dimension Shellshock’ and it will come with several interesting additions, including a game mode and the samurai rabbit Usagi Yojimbo.
Dotemu shared some details in the new trailer of the game, where we can see some fragments of the new modality that will arrive at the Beat ‘Em Up, although we really don’t know what this new adventure is regarding yet. What we can notice is that this addition will come with new scenariosincluding one inspired by the new character.
Usagi Yojimbo fights
Speaking of character, Usagi Yojimbo brings along his trusty katana and looks more than ready to slaughter the Shredder’s legion alongside the Turtles and the rest of the playable cast. It should be said that although we cannot confirm it 100% at the moment, the description from the trailer points to even more playable characters within the DLCsince they are mentioned in the plural on more than one occasion, but only time will answer this question.

Dimension Shellshock it also introduces a new color palette for all of the fighters, and if you look closely, you may notice that these alternate colors are inspired by various versions of the characters. Dotemu left the dose of information up to here, without specifying exact release date or the price of the DLC.
