Prohibited since May 16 due to an outbreak of flu (influenza), visits to the Urgel-Pelletier and Gustave-Gauvreau residences are once once more permitted. The measure was aimed at the protection of residents and staff but also of the population.
“We remind you that washing your hands (with a hydroalcoholic solution or with soap and water), as well as wearing a mask when you have respiratory symptoms, remain the best ways to prevent the transmission of the flu. . No one showing signs of cough or fever should come as a visitor,” says the CISSS de la Côte-Nord.
