(3) Aiding, causing, procuring, inciting, aiding and abetting others to commit or participate in any of the acts listed in paragraphs (1) or (2) above; or

(4) Knowingly authorizing, permitting or allowing others to commit or participate in any of the acts listed in paragraphs (1) or (2) above.
