Today, Monday, June 5, marks the fourth anniversary of the death of the comedian, artist Mohamed Negm, who passed away from our world on this day in 2019.
“Najm” participated in regarding 60 artworks between cinema, theater and television.

He participated in a number of successful plays, most notably: “Wise up, crazy, the bulldozer, Abdo challenges Rambo, The Tiger, One for Moon and the other for crazy, The liars, Oy liars, Gang countries, O Baba, The Untji, The Crazy Nest.”
Muhammad Negm also participated in a number of important films, including: “Birth, O Dunya, without sin, the star maker, I will never return, Qamar Al-Zaman, beware of men, Mama, the liar, the clock strikes ten, and love ended, with a grimace, my story with time.”
Muhammad Negm said, in one of his television interviews, that he was the reason for the actress Hana Tharwat’s retirement from acting, following he went to Sheikh Muhammad Metwally Al-Shaarawi, then she wore the veil and retired from art permanently.
Negm also said in an interview with the program “Evening DMC” regarding the artist Ahmed Adam, that he imitates him, and he is convinced that he is a good comedian and “his blood is light”, but he wishes to have a personality of his own, and not imitate him, especially since the audience discovered that Ahmed Adam imitating a star.
It is noteworthy that the artist, Mohamed Negm, suffered a stroke in May 2019, which led to his transfer to a hospital under observation in the intensive care room, and his health condition deteriorated until he died on this day, corresponding to June 5, 2019.
