Although Jolin Tsai’s progress in releasing her new album is slow, she said in a limited-time IG update today (5th) that she will sing on the popular Japanese music YouTube channel “THE FIRST TAKE”. She is also the second Taiwanese singer to appear on the show following Wei Li’an.
“THE FIRST TAKE” is famous for filming musicians’ one-shot, non-NG performances, which is a test of the singer’s singing skills. The channel’s official Twitter released the trailer early this morning. Jolin Tsai put on her headphones, took a deep breath and said to the guitarist, “Are you ready?” Then she calmed down and said “Let’s go!” with confidence. Announced that the film will be launched at 9 o’clock tonight.
Jolin Tsai then forwarded the trailer to his personal IG limited action, excitedly said: “A performance that can hear the beat of the heart.” But she also admitted that even though she has experienced many battles, she still feels a little nervous to perform here.
