And the former dean of the National Heart Institute confirmed that, according to a recent European study that followed more than 340,000 people, it showed that the quality of sleep is very important for the health of the heart, brain, and blood vessels, explaining that good sleep should be without anxiety, or without frequent fluctuations.

According to the Medical Daily website, irregular sleep and not taking enough of it increases the risk of high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, and cancer in the long run.
