Nomus, developer of an ERP management system for industries, launches this Monday, the 5th, mentoring sessions as a new service channel for its method of implementation and accelerating projects.
Mentorship is the process of accelerating learning through the exchange of experience with an expert on the subject, in this case, ERP implementation in factories. The company already makes available the implementation method that addresses the essential functionalities of an industry called “Nomus Lean”, validated by hundreds of Brazilian factories since 2019, consisting of live and private meetings with the analyst and also training in video classes organized on the platform of distance learning Nomus University.
The innovation in the method takes place in the provision of a specialist for group mentoring sessions twice a week, lasting one hour each meeting, during the period of four months. A group will be formed in June, with a maximum of 50 companies, who will have access to this extra channel with the engineer to answer questions regarding software parameterizations and live demonstration of the tool.
According to the CEO of the company Honor, Rafael Netto, the objective is to accelerate the completion time of implementation projects through one more channel, since the general average time to finalize this phase in projects in the segment of ERP suppliers is from 6 months to a year, can be extended according to the complexity of the company. “In this way, small and medium-sized factories will be able to observe an impact on their management even in 2023 and be better prepared for the industrial market, which is so competitive, already at the beginning of next year”, highlighted Rafael.
“The general doubts, selected according to the schedule established for the implementation, can be taken in the group mentoring sessions, since many can present questions in common, in addition to the recorded training. As for extremely specific business issues or with information considered sensitive, they will continue to be addressed in private meetings with the analyst”, explained the implementation director, Celso Monteiro.
So that the teams can expand the use of the tool and have agility in the parameterizations, two more simultaneous accesses in the system will also be made available for these new projects, explained Celso. “It is important to emphasize that this is an extra channel to boost digitalization in small businesses, which totals 32 hours of dedication, not replacing the normal implementation activities, which serve to parameterize the management tools for each manufacturing scenario”, highlighted the director .
“Since we want to encourage continuous improvement in the management of smaller and medium-sized industries in Brazil, these two services, mentoring and simultaneous access, will not have any extra cost for the annual projects of the Nomus ERP Industrial Lean implementation system”, concluded Celso Monteiro.
Those interested in applying to receive a technical assessment of the tool’s adherence to their industry through a demo meeting with the expert should access the website .
