The bench of the Frente de Todos was reduced to six legislators, with confirmation of the departure of María Grandoso, belonging to Kolina.

In December 2019, the bloc chaired by María Eugenia Martini was assembled with the 17 elected members but, subsequently, it registered four landslides, causing the departure of 11 members. All, to a greater or lesser extent, the product of the Peronist differences and the rearrangements of the frontist alliance.

Before the elections, last February, he withdrew Marcelo Mango and formed the parliamentary representation of the Frente Grande. This decision responded to the electoral regrouping in Río Negro where that force joined Kolina to support the candidacy of Gustavo Casas for Governor while the Justicialist legislators of the FdT promoted the candidacy of Silvia Horne.

“Politics is what defines the blocks, and not the other way around,” Mango said on that occasion, although his peer María Grandoso, from Kolina, decided to continue on the FdT bench, despite the fact that their electoral position was different. That exit finally materialized this week, with the formal notification to the president of the Legislature, Alejandro Palmieri.

In a statement, Kolina explained the formation of his block “Given the political and electoral situation that” Río Negro is going through “in view of the national elections.”

“The dispersion that affects Peronism in Rio Negro, and all the groups included in the Frente de Todos, prevents us from continuing to postulate the Unity flag within one of these spaces.” It was highlighted that “we will continue betting on the necessary unity” and ratified its “belonging to the national and popular movement” headed by Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.

The Kolina bench will be the seventh. This parliamentary integration of Río Negro began in December 2019 with three blocks and the four subsequent ones are breaks of the Frente de Todos.

The first occurred in March 2021 when Nicolás Rochas, Luis Albreiu and Alejo Ramos Mexia left and joined the Renewal Front, with the subsequent accession of Facundo Montecino.

Then, in July 2022, the Citizen Unit was formed, with Daniel Belloso, Alejandra Mas and Gabriela Abraham, and which followed the electoral strategy of Martín Doñate, which concluded in the agreement with JSRN.

That group would add two other members of the FdT: Luis Noale from San Antonio and Ramón Chiocconi from Bariloche.

The last ones were Mango, with the Big Front, and now, Grandoso, with Kolina.
