On the occasion of the Refugee Food Festival 2023, 10 Parisian restaurants entrust their kitchens to refugee chefs to discover the best of world cuisine. A very nice initiative to help change the way people look at the status of refugees, to be discovered from June 13 to 26, 2023.
For 15 days and for the 8th consecutive year, 10 parisian restaurants lend their kitchens to chefs and refugee leaderson the occasion of Refugee Food Festival 2023, under the patronage of Elvira Masson, journalist and food columnist.
“Raise awareness, inform, promote the careers and talents of exiled people, allow the professional integration of refugees in the fragile catering sector and bring people together around the table: these are the missions carried out by the Refugee Food Festival” declare the main interested parties.
From June 13 to 16, 2023, you will have the chance to taste dishes from Syria, from Algeriaof Moroccoof Sudanof Georgia, from West Africa, d’Afghanistan… in some of your favorite Parisian restaurants!
On the program, round tablesof the workshops kitchen, brunches festive and 4 hands menus to feast on flavors from elsewhere. We reveal to you the programme detailed?
