Ingredients:
– 600 g de roast beef
– 2 onions
– 2 carrots
– 2 medium potatoes
– 1 red bell pepper
– 750 g of crushed tomato for sauce
– 2 garlic cloves
– bay leaves
– 1 glass of white wine
– hot c/n
– salt and pepper
– oil
How is it prepared?
Cut all the vegetables into cubes and reserve.
Cut the meat into cubes and brown it in a saucepan with very little oil.
Add the crushed garlic cloves and the bay leaf.
Lightly brown the vegetables and add the tomato preserve and white wine. Finally add the potatoes. Spice with salt and pepper.
Cover the saucepan and let it boil slowly, until the meat is cooked and very tender. The sauce should thicken. Serve and enjoy!
