2023-05-30 13:54:00

The creation of this new campus is part of Societe Generale Morocco’s Jossour 2025 strategic plan, which aims to pool the operational management of its real estate assets, while supporting the expected growth of its activities in the
years to come.

This large-scale project is therefore an integral part of the bank’s real estate strategy, already illustrated by the overhaul of its various branches: Flagship branch, business center, PRO-TPE branch, and by the renovation of the bd Abdelmoumen de la Bank at
Casablanca and the historic headquarters bd Mohammed V.

Reinforced synergies around an objective of attractiveness and agility

This set of interconnected buildings aims to be a place of encounters, creation and co-construction. By bringing together the technology, innovation and delivery poles in a single building, Societe Generale Morocco thus makes it possible to strengthen the synergies between its subsidiaries but also to maintain its level of attractiveness to expert profiles, particularly those from the IT fields.

An innovative real estate project meeting environmental requirements

In line with the Societe Generale group’s commitments, this project is part of an approach to urban integration and quality of professional life: the building with the OsmoZ* label and the exceptional HQE certification aims to perfectly meet expectations in terms of well-being at work and compliance with the highest standards in terms of the environment and architectural construction.

The CFC Campus is designed around an architecture that uses noble, organic and natural materials: earth, glass and wood…

Delivery scheduled for the end of 2025

Project management was entrusted to the ArtBuild Architects and Oualalou+Choi Architects Group, winner of the architectural competition launched by the bank for the realization of this project. The campus will be built on a plot of 6,934 m2

with a building area of 31,200 m2
(Shon).

Work started in early February 2023 for delivery of the project by the end of 2025.
