Although we are still in the iPhone 14 line and the next few months will most likely reserve us the announcement of the new iPhones 15, rumors already indicate what we can expect from the 16 Pro version of Apple smartphones.

Expected only for the third quarter of 2024, the still unreleased iPhone 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max should bring larger screens than those seen on the current iPhones 14 and, probably, larger than those we will see on the iPhones 15.

According to Mark Gurman, chief correspondent for Bloomberg, iPhone Pros released next year should feature slightly larger screens, gaining some “tenths of an inch” na diagonal.

Gurman ends up entering into an agreement with Ming-Chi Kuo, famous Apple analyst who recently stated that the models will be a little bigger.

Previous rumors, however, state that the screens of the models, today 6.1 inches on the iPhone 14 Pro and 6.7 inches on the iPhone 14 Pro Max, they should grow a little more.

According to leaker Uredditor, the 2024 models should have 6.3 and 6.9 inches, respectively. Ross Young, CEO of Display Supply Chain Consultants, stated that the screens of the new models should arrive in 6.2 and 6.8 inches.

Although there is still no consensus among the rumors regarding what the screen sizes of the iPhone 16 Pro models will be, there is some agreement in saying that the new models should bring larger screens.

As some speculations indicate, the increase in the size of the Pro line iPhones may aim to create more space within the devices themselves to allocate other components; like the much talked regarding periscope camera.

For now, we can only wait to see what the next rumors and leaks can reveal to us. So stay connected with us here at TudoCelular!
