Vegas Golden Knights head coach Bruce Cassidy wasn’t happy following his Game 5 loss to the Dallas Stars on Saturday night.
And he let it know in front of the media, notably by criticizing his goalkeeper Adin Hill for the winning goal awarded to Ty Dellandrea.
Then he also added that his team would not even have beaten the Arizona Coyotes in the middle of January by creating as many turnovers as during this meeting.
“I find him hard with his troops,” said Mathieu Chouinard during L’Après-Match NHL. It’s amazing that he says that [en conférence de presse].»
“This kind of statement can go both ways, added Alexandre Picard. It can whip the troops, but [c’est un jeu dangereux].»
“He looks like a guy in panic,” said Éric Fichaud. He’s starting to get worried. Then the goal he blames Hill on…maybe he’ll change his mind when he sees it once more because the puck deflected and it’s extremely difficult for a goalie to stop that.”
