The Meteorological Authority said that a state of instability in weather conditions prevails in separate areas of the country, accompanied by winds that stir sand and dust in some areas, and rains of varying intensity, sometimes thundery, that may reach torrential rains in areas of South Sinai, the Gulf of Suez, and chains. Red Sea mountains intermittently.

The authority added that the activity of the winds, which causes sand and dust, which leads to a decrease in the level of horizontal visibility, continues, so that the influential phenomenon is the raised sand, and the level of visibility is 4000 meters, and the temperature is 31 degrees Celsius.

The effect of the raised sand continues in most parts as well, and the latest satellite images indicate the continuation of the proliferation of low, medium and cumulus rain clouds over areas of the Matrouh desert and areas of the western coasts, north of Lower Egypt, south of the country and south of Sinai.

Manar Ghanem, a member of the media center at the General Authority of Meteorology, said that the dust in the air, which strikes all the governorates of the Republic today, will continue until tomorrow, Sunday, adding that the wind speed in the desert areas reached 45 km.

And she added, in exclusive statements to “Masrawy”, that thunderclouds form in the south of the country, and it is expected that rain will fall in Cairo, which will be thunderous tomorrow, Sunday, explaining that the rain will fall in all parts, while it will be of different quantity and intensity.
