The nutritionist explained that eating oatmeal at night before going to bed, on its own, without high-calorie additives, will contribute to weight loss, noting that it is preferable to eat it as a main dinner meal, with a standard of 100 grams, and not to be sweetened by adding white sugar, and it is preferable to bee honey with a banana or fruit. An apple, and full fat milk should not be added to it. It is preferable to use skim milk, or use coconut milk.
