A horrific crime shook the Lebanese street, as a man killed his ex-wife by stabbing her several times with a sharp object and then running her over, just days following their divorce.
The people of the town of Bsaba in the Chouf district witnessed a crime committed in broad daylight, which left a great state of shock and anger among the people of the region, while the authorities were able to arrest the perpetrator.

Local media reported the details of the incident, and stated that only more than two days following the victim obtained a divorce, her ex-husband asked to see his children, so she went from the city of Sidon in southern Lebanon, where she lives, to the town of Bsaba, where the man lives.
However, upon her arrival, the offender lured her out of her car at the scene of the crime, which is a few meters away from his family’s house, and pulled out a knife and started stabbing her in front of her children, before getting into the car and running over her.
After that, the car crashed into a wall, so he left it and fled, fleeing from the townspeople who witnessed the horrific crime, according to Lebanese media reports.
It is noteworthy that the victim is a mother of three children, and she is related to her ex-husband, who is a senior qualification in the Internal Security Forces.
