one more app just won one of the coolest new features of iOS 16: Live Activities (Live Activities). This is the app of the American airline United Airlinesthe first in the United States to support this feature and in a way that should make life much easier for its passengers when traveling on its flights.
The activity displays very useful data regarding the flight, such as the locator code, boarding gate number, aircraft status, as well as the time remaining for boarding and takeoff. The feature works both on the locked screen and on the Dynamic Island (Dynamic Island) — in the latter case, on iPhones 14 Pro/14 Pro Max, of course.

According to the company, people check their airfare and flight status almost 800 mil times a day, so the resource will certainly make life easier for users. United’s app Live Activities is rolling out gradually and users will have full access until the end of the month.
