Pieces Interactive has confirmed that the Alone in the Dark remake will arrive just in time for the spookiest season of the year. The survival horror game will debut on October 25 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series, and to add to that information, Pieces has also confirmed a few other cool features on the game.
The biggest of the bunch is undoubtedly casting news, as the developer has tapped David Harbor and Jodie Comer to play the game’s two protagonists, Detective Edward Carnby and Emily Hartwood, with both characters also using the likenesses. real actors.
To follow up on this, we’ve been told that the game is now available to pre-order for £49.99 / €59.99, with anyone looking to do so having access to the Derceto 1992 Costume Pack DLC, which will change the character models in their 1992 releases. Pieces also confirmed that Alone in the Dark will get a Deluxe Edition which features additional cosmetic options, including filters and developer commentary packs.
Finally, if you’re looking for a taste of Alone in the Dark ahead of its October launch, Pieces has also released a short Prologue playable demo that revolves around the young girl you meet in the game called Grace, with that being set a few weeks before Alone in the Dark.
