Vitamins galore

When you wake up, drinking water contributes to hydration… And for those who really don’t want to drink, adding a lemony flavor can help to hydrate better. Lemon, meanwhile, has a clear virtue: it is a good source of vitamin C, 45 mg per 100 g… It is very useful for reaching the recommended intake of 110 mg/day. But beware of the water temperature: water that is too hot destroys the vitamins in the lemon. To prepare your hot lemon, the ideal is that the water is at body temperature, that is to say at 37 ° C.
