It is now possible to cancel your medical appointment online

Health Minister Christian Dubé announced on Twitter on Tuesday that it is now possible to cancel an appointment with a health professional online.

Last October, TVA Nouvelles learned that approximately one in five patients does not show up for their health appointment.

However, access to a doctor is still difficult to obtain for many Quebecers.

Last March, more than 600,000 Quebecers were still waiting for a family doctor.
