Tonight from 10 p.m., Sony is organizing a special show for a new Playstation Showcase. Find live all the announcements not to be missed, and the rumors while waiting for the start of the long-awaited conference by players and fans of PS5 licenses.
Here we are ! More than a year and a half following the last Sony conference, the firm recently announced the arrival of a new PlayStation Showcase. It’s this Wednesday, May 24, 10 p.m. (French time), for “more than an hour” of show with PS5 and PSVR 2 games that several new creations and games will be announced with great fanfare. An event to follow on our YouTube channel live, but also here in live feed.
Spider-Man, The Last of Us… What to expect?
It’s a good question that you all ask yourselves: which games will be presented? To start, it’s almost a certainty, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be there… The sequel to the adventures of Peter Parker and Miles Morales, developed by the Insomniac Games studio, is still scheduled for fall 2023. As of today, we have yet to see any gameplay, and the first trailer dates back to previous PlayStation Showcase.
Let’s not put aside the famous multiplayer mode of The Last of Us… A project so ambitious that Naughty Dog made it a stand-alone, and which – at least for now – just unveiled an image, during the Summer Game Fest 2022. For Sony, it’s a big piece: the whole thing will mark its entrance on one level in the games services, kind that the firm wants to invest more and more in the years to come. As of today, we have no release date.
