HARRISBURG, PA .- Two gun reform bills in Pennsylvania head to the state Senate.
One of the bills would require background checks on every gun sale, closing what is known as the “gun show loophole.”
The other provides a way for loved ones or law enforcement to ask a judge to hold a hearing to temporarily disarm someone who may be experiencing a crisis.
A state legislator says the bills have a rocky road ahead of them to pass the Senate.
