Tiktok Fights Back: Bytedance Group Sues Montana Over App Ban

The US state wants to ban the app of the Chinese Internet group Bytedance from 2024. The group calls the ban “unconstitutional” and wants to defend itself in court.

Tiktok belongs to the Chinese internet group Bytedance and is under strong political pressure in the USA. The Government of President Joe Biden banned its employees from using the app on cellphones.
