The 46th Kerala Film Critics Award has been announced. Darshana Rajendran won the Best Actress award for her performance in Jaya Jaya Jaya Hai and Purushpretham. (Kerala Film critics awards 2022)

Kunchacko Boban also won the Best Actor Award for his performances in the films Annotiyas, Nna Than Kes Kod and Pakalum Pathiravum. Rajeev Nath and Shruti Saranyam will share the Best Film Director award.

Mahesh Narayanan is the best director (Notification). Thambi Antony won the best supporting actor award. Headmaster directed by Rajeev Nath, produced by Sreelal Devaraj and Prema P. Thekek, and B 32-44, produced by KSFDC and directed by Shruti Saranyam were the best films of last year.

Veteran director and screenwriter KP Kumaran will be awarded the Film Gem Award for overall contributions. Kamal Haasan, who has been in every field of South Indian cinema for more than 50 years, will be presented with the Critics Ruby Jubilee Award. Vijayaraghavan, Shobhana, actor and dancer Vineeth, screenwriter Gayatri Ashokan, veteran actor Mohan D. Kurichi and the film talent award.

Dr. George Onakur Chairman and Thekinkad Joseph, MF Thomas, A. Chandrasekhar, Dr. Aravindan Vallachira, Suku Palkulangara, Adv. Poovapalli Ramachandran Nair, Prof. Vishwamangalam Sundaresan, Balan Tirumala, G. The awards were decided by a jury consisting of Gopinath and Murali Kottakkam.
