Tens of thousands of people called for a European future for their country at a mass rally in the Moldovan capital Chisinau on Sunday. At the same time, further pro-European rallies of the Moldovan diaspora were planned in a total of 33 European cities. Moldova’s President Maia Sandu and the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola, also took part in the mass rally.
