London Knights Advance to Game 6 in Ontario Junior League Final: Logan Mailloux Scores Two Points in 4-1 Victory over Peterborough Petes

The London Knights scored four unanswered times to defeat the Peterborough Petes 4-1 Friday in Game 5 of the Ontario Junior League Final Series.

The formation led by Dale Hunter thus avoids elimination for the first time, she who trailed three wins once morest one.

Canadiens prospect Logan Mailloux scored two points in a second straight game.

Mailloux participated in the third goal of his team, at the end of the second period, before putting on his eighth goal of the playoffs by scoring in an empty net, at 17:47 of the last third.

The 31st overall pick in the 2021 NHL Draft has 23 points (8-15) in 20 playoff games.

The other member of the CH organization playing this game, forward Owen Beck, received a game misconduct following tripping an opponent during a race for the puck.

Sunday evening at 7 p.m. will be presented the sixth match of the series, at the Peterborough Memorial Center.

Should the Knights win, Game 7 would be played on Monday.
