Anna Ermakova (23) won the RTL dance show “Let’s Dance”. The daughter of former tennis star Boris Becker and model Angela Ermakova (both 55) and her dance partner Valentin Lusin (36) received the most viewer votes in the final on Friday evening. The 23-year-old happily accepted the trophy. At the same time, she broke a record for the jury grades: in the final she surpassed the series of ten best ratings by Ella Endlich.
During the live broadcast, Ermakova floated across the dance floor in a freestyle performance as Alice in Wonderland. Before that she had played a passionate tango and a slow waltz to perfection with Lusin. “I came to Germany from England to dance. I never thought that I would be welcomed here with such open arms,” said the model, visibly touched, in a mix of German and English.
Ermakova referred the actress and Youtuber Julia Beautx (24) with her dance partner Zsolt Sándor Cseke (35) to second place and the ex-gymnast Philipp Boy (35) with professional dancer Patricija Ionel (28) to third place. For the first time since 2018, two women were in the final.
