If you have forgotten your password RIFyou will have to request a new one through the platform of the National Integrated Service of Customs and Tax Administration.
The steps are the following

- Click the “RIF” icon at the top right of the page.
- Select the “Key Recovery” option.
- Enter your CI number to verify your identification.
- Fill in the form with the required information.
- Accept the terms and conditions and click “Submit”.

Once you have sent the application, you will receive an email from SENIAT with the instructions to recover your password. Depending on the time of your request, the recovery procedure can take between 24 and 48 hours.
It is important that you have your CI number and a valid email on hand before beginning the process. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to ask.
