Director Ribing presented the results of the member survey and upcoming projects of the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce.
Eisenstadt (OTS) – Top values for customer satisfaction, member benefits and service quality. In the most recent survey, the member companies of the Burgenland Chamber of Commerce once once more gave good marks. “Our companies confirm that we are by far the most effective representative of the local economy,” explains Rainer Ribing, Director of the Chamber of Commerce. The Burgenland Chamber of Commerce received an excellent two, rated according to the school grading system, particularly when it came to questions regarding satisfaction with the representation of interests, the service and advice provided, credibility and friendliness. For the Director of the Chamber of Commerce, this is the result of consistent work: “Especially in difficult times, the entrepreneurs know who they can rely on, we can score particularly well with our information and educational offers. We are happy regarding the good results, we see them at the same time as an order to continue our work consistently. Where we can still improve, we will do so!”
investment in the future
In order to maintain this high level, one must also make the necessary investments for the future. And these investments in particular are currently pending at the chamber and WIFI locations in Eisenstadt and Oberwart. In Eisenstadt, for example, a modern parking deck including a photovoltaic system and e-charging stations is to be implemented, including training facilities for WIFI course participants. Director Ribing: “With more than 8,000 course participants a year, our WIFI is developing extremely well, so we now have to catch up with the infrastructure. This is also to minimize parking pressure and traffic congestion for the residents.”
After the new regional office opened this year in the district of Neusiedl am See, modern and energy-efficient training and office space is now to be created in Oberwart. “We are currently in the planning phase and want to set an exclamation point in terms of service quality and member benefits in January 2025 at the WIFI and regional offices in Oberwart,” explains Director Ribing.
