Victor R., in his 20s, was found guilty on several chilling counts on Tuesday. Between 2015 and 2022, the scout leader would be responsible for sexual assault, possession and dissemination of child pornography, sexual assault and incitement to debauchery, as reported by Sudinfo. Verdict: eight years in prison instead of twelve years required by the Brussels prosecutor’s office. The young man’s lawyers had pleaded for a five-year suspended sentence.
The number of victims of Victor R. would sadly amount to twenty. It is in 2022 that several parents will see the authorities to denounce the behavior of the scout leader. To the accusations of the parents were added the discoveries made in the diary of the defendant, seized by the justice, just like his computer equipment.
In his diary, we were able to find a list of acts more nightmarish than each other. He therefore recounts how he made the children he took narcotics, MDMA, marijuana or even alcohol take in “dark” parties, as he writes. He also asked them to imitate sexual intercourse while he filmed with his camera. Hundreds of child pornography photographs were thus found on his computer equipment, on which we can recognize, among other things, naked wolf cubs.
The defendant also distributed this content to another pedophile named Eric whom Sudinfo did not identify.
