Pierre Degand has decided to regain his freedom. After eight years of fruitful collaboration with the Litvine Society group, the two parties have decided to end their agreement.
Pierre Degand goes back to the roots of this Brussels address that he once launched with his daughter Emily.
On June 17, Villa Emily is therefore leaving the gastronomic landscape and will change from the start of the school year in September to Emily. The new chef has already been chosen: Luca Gaviglio will distill elegant gastronomic Italian cuisine.
As for the staff of Villa Emily, including its chef Jean-Marie Bucumi, it should join the other establishments of the Litvine group such as Lola, Odette en Ville or Variétés.
