It’s already been 5 years sinceAvengers Infinity Warthe first part of the conclusion of the Infinity Saga, has been released in cinemas. Epic, moving, brutal, the Russo brothers’ film has made a lasting impression on MCU fans. It must be said the battle of the Marvel superheroes once morest the Mad Titan, Thanos, ended in the biggest defeat the team had ever known. Until then, the vigilantes of the House of Ideas had always succeeded in triumphing over their enemies. Could they have emerged victorious from their fight once morest the purple giant if they had received the support of their absent colleagues? Unfortunately, we will never be able to know… Several characters from this fictional universe did not participate in the general confrontation once morest Thanos: we take stock of their identity, and the reasons for their rejection. Introduced in Black Panther : Wakanda Forever, Namor is a mutant hybrid who rules the underwater kingdom of Talokan. He and his people remained invisible to surface dwellers until the United States discovered that the abyss where they live harbored Vibranium, and their hiding place was threatened… But why not be emerged from their “cave” before, as Thanos threatened the entire planet, including them? Presumably, K’uk’ulkan’s calculation was that despite the peril, he had every interest in continuing to live in peace and not be seen by humans.

Who was more appropriate than Starfox, Thanos’ brother, to take part in the conflict between the Avengers and his crazy brother? Introduced in The Eternals, he would have necessarily been an asset to the team of Marvel superheroes. In fact, in the comics, he has all the basic powers the creatures of the Celestials (energy blasts, superhuman strength, flight…). Although the MCU has yet to provide a rationale for its lack ofInfinity War, one can imagine that he was busy at the edge of the galaxy!

Recruited by Sam Wilson to integrate the camp of Steve Rogers in Captain America : Civil WarAnt-Man was placed under house arrest (like Hawkeye). But while these homies face off once morest Thanos, the Ant-Man explores the Quantum Realm, which will allow him to be very useful in Endgame by providing the solution to the “Crazy Titan” problem!

Yelena Belova, the adopted little sister of Natasha Romanoffis one of the main characters of Black Widow. Considered to be the heiress of Black Widow, she was already an active MCU heroine during the events ofAvengers : Infinity War. Also spared by Thanos’ “snap”, she might have participated in the Battle of Wakanda… Unless the SHIE.LD agent preferred to remove his youngest from the fight in order to protect her, or that the government of his country has prevented him from leaving the territory to take part in the world conflict. His skills as an assassin might have been useful!
