♦ The Prosecutor’s Office determined that the events occurred in a “sexualized environment” and condoms and erotic lingerie were found in the apartment.
♦ In another raid, three syringes were seized and one of them contained a liquid that has not yet been defined.
♦ In one of the 911 calls made by Sáenz Valiente, a woman is heard screaming in the background – presumably she was the victim. “Please (…) they pricked me! Please!”
♦ The toxicological study determined that Emmily’s body had traces of ingestion of various drugs and alcohol.
