As the defense attorney further argued, it was not a relationship between an adult and a child, but “the beginning of a love story between two young people”. She submitted Whatsapp messages to the court as evidence in which her client had spoken to his girlfriend “regarding life, family, work”.
The public prosecutor demands a penalty of 180 daily rates and a ban on working with minors. The defense attorney demands an acquittal on the grounds that, according to the law, prosecution can be waived if the perpetrator was under the age of 20 when the first offense was committed and there are special circumstances. These special circumstances are given in the specific case of the love relationship. The verdict is expected this week.
