Diablo 4 Server Slam: The second day of the May beta is underway – World Boss Ashava is waiting for you today
Update May 13, 8:10 am: Good morning Diablo fans. Day 2 of the Server Slam Beta has arrived and it’s still going really well. You can quickly get into the game on all platforms and gamble without any problems. Yes, there may be occasional crashes, stutters or lags, but the majority of gamers can look forward to a smooth experience.
Exciting today: In the evening you can go hunting for world boss Ashava for the first time at the server slam – the biggest challenge in the course of the May beta. You can secure the brand new, exclusive mount trophy for the first time. You can find everything you need to know here:

Update May 12, 10:30 p.m.: Who would have thought: The servers so far are holding up, most of them get into the game without any problems and can fully enjoy the beta. Only occasionally does one or the other PC player experience technical difficulties, lag, jerks or crashes.
We haven’t had any problems since the start of the server slam – neither on PC nor on PS5. We wish you all a lot of fun and good loot. Should there still be larger or more widespread problems, we will contact you as soon as possible here in the ticker with the latest information.
Update May 12, 9:25 p.m.: There have been anecdotal reports of players being unable to launch the Diablo 4 Server Slam Beta on PC despite having the Beta installed and everything up to date. Here it is enough if you restart the Battle.net launcher or, in the worst case, your PC.
Update May 12, 9:09 p.m.: We have now logged out once more for testing and logged in once more. On both PC and PS5 we continue to get into the game without any problems or major waiting times. We haven’t noticed any problems in the game itself either, the servers are running perfectly.
What is interesting, however, is that we had to install a nearly 9 MB patch on the PC before logging back in. We don’t yet know what this mini-update has changed.
Update May 12, 8:55 p.m.: Now we can also start the Server Slam Beta on the PC. We were able to log in without any queues, create a character and get started. Also on the PS5 you can still get into the game without any problems.
Diablo 4 Server Slam Beta Launched!
Update May 12, 8:46 p.m.: The beta has started! We can confirm that the PS5 version of Server Slam is regarding to begin. On the PC, the beta has not yet started for us. We were able to jump straight into class select on console without queuing and then start the game.
Update May 12, 8:45 p.m.: Tip – the server slam starts in 15 minutes. To get ahead in the queue, you should start the Diablo 4 Beta just before 9 p.m. It is important that you should not leave the queue then, Blizzard gave the tip itself (and it also applied in the first betas).

Diablo 4 Server Slam: When does the beta start? All important times

Diablo 4: Download, Preload, Server Status and Queue
Diablo 4 Server Slam Preload – download it quickly: The preload, the early download of the Diablo 4 Server Slam, is already live. Everyone should use the time and get the preload over with before 9 p.m. Because depending on the platform, the Diabo 4 Beta breaks the hard drives with over 80 GB.

Don’t cancel the process to lose your seat. Then you have to show patience. If necessary, bring time, in the first beta there were queues of up to 2 hours.
Server Status and Issues: The motto of the final Diablo 4 beta is server slam, i.e. rush to the servers. Blizzard sees the test phase as a stress test.
