Saudi Arabia announced Thursday evening that it had completed the evacuation of 8,051 people belonging to 110 nationalities. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement, “The Kingdom has completed the full implementation of the humanitarian evacuations of its citizens and nationals of friendly countries from Sudan, which began following the outbreak of fighting between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces.” According to the statement, the humanitarian evacuations carried out by the Kingdom included 8,455 people (404 citizens and 8,051 people belonging to 110 nationalities), who were evacuated by a group of Navy ships and Air Force planes.
