The Council of Ministers approved this Friday the federal quotas of doctors for the year 2029, we learned by a press release from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Public Health. These quotas have increased, reaching the figure of 2173 doctors who will be able to graduate in 2029. In addition, the quota increases to 1244 in Flanders and 929 for the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. “The quota increase for 2029 was much neededsaid in the press release the Minister of Health Frank Vandenbroucke (Vooruit). All medical students will therefore have the certainty of receiving an INAMI number at the end of their studies, according to the press release.
