BVB star Karim Adeyemi: “Reus ruined my day”

“I ruined my day a bit, but the important thing was that we won and got three points,” Karim Adeyemi told media representatives following the BVB game regarding his missed penalty in the 65th minute of the game. “As far as I’m concerned, it doesn’t matter in the end,” he continued. For BVB attacker Karim Adeyemi, “the game was over following the penalty kick”

“Hat-trick shots,” declared Karim Adeyemi. Marco Reus asked the winger if he wanted to take a penalty kick because of the possible three-pack. The 21-year-old thought that the veteran would shoot and get the go from Dortmund once more. “He said: ‘You shoot’ – and now he ruined my day,” laughed Karim Adeyemi.

The BVB attacker failed miserably from the point. He put the ball in the middle of the goal, and even Wolfsburg keeper Koen Casteels jumped into what Adeyemi saw as the right corner.
