OPPO is preparing to launch the F23 5G in the Indian market. Previously, the Chinese manufacturer confirmed that OPPO’s new F-line device will be made official in 15th May and will be available on Amazon India.
Just before the launch, OPPO confirmed the main specifications of the device. Now, a tipster has brought its price and real images of the OPPO F23 5G.

A new leak has revealed that the OPPO F23 5G will go on sale on May 18th. According to Paras Guglani, the device will hit the market costing ₹23.999 (~R$ 1.440). He also brought real images of the device, revealing its rear and front design.
The OPPO F23 5G has a hole-punch camera centered on the display type, is completely flat and has a fingerprint reader on the side. At the rear, the camera module is pill-shaped with two circles housing the three sensors. In colors, the device appears in gold and blue.
In the specs, OPPO confirmed that it will have a 64-megapixel main sensor and a 40x macro camera. For power, it will pack a 5,000mAh battery and support 67W fast charging. It even has support for a refresh rate of 120 Hz and 8 GB of RAM.
Apparently, OPPO F23 5G is a rebranded version of OPPO A98 5G. It was launched with a 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen, FullHD+ resolution and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 platform.

According to OPPO, the F23 5G will be a intermediary that will deliver flashy design and competitive price. In the field of specifications, the smartphone will be launched with a 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen that has a rate of 120 Hz and a Snapdragon 695 processor.
The chipset must work together with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage in the most affordable variant.
In the field of rear cameras, the OPPO F23 5G should adopt a 64 MP main sensor accompanied by two more 2 MP sensors for macro photos and depth effect.
To complete the set, the user will also enjoy a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, in addition to Android 13 as the operating system.
For now, the only undisclosed detail is the official price, but that should change even before the 15th.

In terms of cameras, the device should bring a triple module with a 64-megapixel main sensor, another 2-megapixel monochrome sensor and another 2-megapixel auxiliary sensor. For selfies and video calls, the OPPO F23 should bring a 32-megapixel front sensor.
For power, the phone is expected to pack a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 67W fast charging. Other features should include a thickness of 8.2 millimeters, a weight of 192 grams, Android 13 operating system, dual-SIM and headphone jack.
