Qalyubia – Osama Aladdin:
The Directorate of Supply and Internal Trade in Qalyubia carried out an enlarged campaign in the East Shubra Al-Khaimah District Supply Department to control prices and markets and take legal measures once morest violators, in implementation of the instructions of Dr. in Qalyubia.
The campaign resulted in the arrest of a butcher in one of the remote places, “Kharaba”, in the second district of Shubra al-Khaimah, on charges of slaughtering meat without a license. A veterinary examination of the slaughtered meat revealed that there was a change in the natural properties and that it was unfit for human consumption. It was found to be an equine animal, a donkey.
Legal measures were taken once morest the accused, and the seizures were executed under the supervision of the Veterinary Medicine Department and the Supply Department in the East Shubra Al-Khaimah neighborhood. The accused was presented to the investigation authorities to take the necessary action.
