Teams in Honkai: Star Rail can be formed by players using a wide variety of compositions, but ideally there should be synergy between characters. You should use Asta as a skill point generator and SPD bot. With this team formation, avoid activating the Meteor Shower ability, as this way all the team’s SP will be used by Welt and Dan Heng. Asta can still increase the full stack with his normal attacks while inflicting Burn, assuming you’ve already unlocked Spark Trace.
