In order to maintain a healthy daily life in normal times, professional medical staff provide health counseling and treatment reservation services, and in the event of a serious illness, support from treatment to rehabilitation is provided through hospital accompaniment and caregiver support services.
In particular, it draws attention by enabling health consultation through 1:1 KakaoTalk chatting and 24-hour phone consultation for Incheon Metropolitan City employees who have difficulty managing their health during work hours.
The ‘Incheon Metropolitan City Employee Healthcare Service’ is expected to be more satisfactory as it can be used by the head office/business office employees themselves, their spouses and children, as well as the parents of employees and their spouses.
The service will operate until December 31, 2023, and is available through the call center and KakaoTalk consultation center.
